Job Responsibilities
1. Independently manage the department’s product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking post-launch performance.
2. Develop effective data-tracking mechanisms aligned with operational objectives and the current product landscape; drive the optimization of operational strategies in response to business development needs; and oversee the execution of online product promotion campaigns to achieve KPI targets.
3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay abreast of competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Possess strong analytical and logical thinking skills, a strong sense of responsibility, high stress tolerance, and the ability to independently complete projects;
2. Possess keen insight, independent analytical skills, strong learning and innovation capabilities, and excellent verbal communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Must be able to prepare PRDs and wireframes; candidates with banking industry experience or a strong understanding of installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning platforms are preferred.
5. Strong stress tolerance, execution capability, and learning ability.
